Reboot On Retainer – Terms and Conditions

 

When you reach out, we’ll have a focused conversation aimed at getting your problem solved. These chats are kept short and sharp, giving you the clarity you need without taking up more time than necessary. I'll give you practical advice and strategies to answer your question and endeavour to resolve your issue in the same email or phone conversation.

 

Confidentiality: All discussions are confidential and will never be shared without your consent, unless requested for legal reasons.

 

Communication Avenues: When you join, you will be provided with an email address and a phone number to add to your contacts. Social media messages or personal numbers are not included in this service.

 

Scope of service: The way it works, is you ask a question and Leanne will endeavour to offer the answer. Here are just some of the issues you may like to ask questions about:

Response Times: Support is available during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day. I know how important timely advice can be, so I commit to responding to you within 24 hours, or by the next business day if I’m not available when you make initial contact.

 

Complex Issues: If you are experiencing an issue that requires much deeper support than can be provided over the phone or via email, I will offer you this at a subsidised rate, as a Reboot On Retainer member. Whether you accept the additional coaching, conflict resolution or training services will be at your discretion.

 

Accessing Membership: This membership isn’t just for you it covers your whole leadership team. For $720 a year (ex GST), any leader in your organisation can reach out for advice when they need it. Membership Limits: To keep the service top-notch, membership is capped at 40 clients. Once our quota is full, any new applications will be added to a waiting list.

 

Membership Renewal: You will receive an offer to renew 60 days before your membership is due to expire. If you indicate that you would like to continue your membership, an invoice will be sent. If the invoice is paid on time, you’ll keep the same rate. If not, your invoice will be voided, and a new invoice issued at the current rate, if a membership place is available.

Refund Policy: No Refunds will be provided for early cancellation, however, you can exchange your remaining balance for services of equivalent value. Please contact us for information on this is required.

Membership Transfer: If you have purchased this membership personally, it will move with you should you change your employment. However, if the membership is purchased by a business or organisation, the membership will not be transferable unless they provide permission for this to occur.

This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the advice provided. The advice will be offerred in good faith and the client takes responsibility for the implementation.
  5. Professional boundaries:
    This service is not a substitute for professional legal, psychological, or medical advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional assistance for matters beyond the scope of leadership, communication and mindset-related workplace coaching.
  6. Indemnity:
    By using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reboot Mindset Coaching from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the advice or resources provided.
