Conflict Resolution Tools

As a Client Experience Officer, you deal with all sorts of people – some are lovely, some … less so.  And while clients are important to Physio Group South West, so are you which is why this training exists.

The tools you’re about to receive aren’t just about handling tough conversations (and clients), they’re also about helping you to protect your energy because, let’s face it, without you, there is no business.

I’m really looking forward to spending this hour with you and giving you loads of tools that’ll help you rapidly turn challenging clients into chillaxed ones.

How to get the most out of this training:

Use the workbook

It's a useful way to make notes that you can review and reflect on again later as needed. There is also a handy notes section in the back that I'll be directing you to several times during the training to jot things down.

Open your timer app

You'll discover in the training that there'll be a few times when I ask you to pause the video to complete a task or activity for a specific period of time. The timer app on your phone is ideal for this, but a watch or clock is fine too.

Minimise distractions

We know it's hard, and you're busy, but resist the urge to multitask while you're listening as you'll miss vital opportunities for learning. If you can't dedicate the time, it might be a good idea to reschedule to a time when you can.

Pause when needed

If you need extra time to process the content, reflect on an AHA moment or to complete a task, tap pause whenever you need to. Also, rewind and re-watch parts if you find it goes a bit too quick for you.

Do the activities

Resist the urge to watch the entire training and just whip through the activities in your head. Take the time to use the timer and complete all the tasks as they're going to help you get maximum benefit.

Jot down your questions

As they crop up, note them down because you'll have an opportunity to send through any questions that don't get answered in the course of the training. BTW there's no such thing as a silly one!
