So, how does The Leadership Help Desk work?

Easy, simply activate your subscription and we’ll send you a welcome email with all the contact methods you can use (and a tax invoice/receipt each month). Then, when you have a problem – simply call, email or message to have a chat or to book a meeting in person or virtually.  We want to make this simple for you, so just make contact your preferred way and you’ll get the support you need.  If we’re not available (due to delivering coaching or supporting another leader) we’ll respond as soon as we can. 

 

How much does it cost?

The current subscription offer is $395/month which is great value considering the benefits you’ll get from it.

 

Who provides the advice?

Support is provided by Leanne Shaw, owner of Reboot Mindset Coaching & Training.  Leanne is a conflict resolution specialist, executive leadership coach and team building trainer.  You can learn more about Leanne and her qualifications here

 

Is there a limit to the amount of support I can access?

No, you can reach out as often as you like.  Subscriptions are capped to 30 members to ensure that we have capacity to support you.

 

What does the support include?

Support includes phone, email, messenger and Zoom/Teams conversations that provide answers to your leadership problems.  PLUS you will get free access to educational webinars and group mastermind sessions when we run them.

 

What’s not included?

While you have unlimited business-hours access to leadership advice and support, your subscription does not include formal coaching programs or training events.  However, you will be entitled to a reduced rate should you wish to access these.  

 

How do the payments work?

The Leadership Help Desk is a subscription service.  You will enter your payment information when you purchase the service and $395 will be automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or card monthly.  

 

Is there a commitment required?

No.  You can cancel your subscription any time you like. If there are places available, you can always resubscribe later at the current rate.

Here’s the small print stuff:

  1. Your subscription is for you only and cannot be shared by multiple people unless arrangements have been made for this. 
  2.  The rate you sign up at is your rate forever. You will not be impacted by price increases, however, if you cancel your subscription and then wish to rejoin, you can do so at whatever the current rate is.
  3. The Leadership Help Desk is a support service, not a staff member. We will offer you strategies and solutions that you can them implement yourself. 
  4. If you would like to access additional consultancy, training or formal coaching programs, as a Leadership Help Desk subscriber, you will be able to access these at a reduced rate.
  5. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.  We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription, however this will only happen if misuse or abuse happens. We will, however provide written notice and an invitation to discuss this further if the situation arises.
